Oregano Oil:
How fast does oregano oil make me lose weight
The placebo effect occurs when a subject receives treatment without having any idea whether they are receiving the real thing or some kind of sugar pill. Placebo pills are exactly the same as real medication, except they don’t have any medical value.
The placebo effect is extremely powerful, and often times if you take a drug called “placebo” and ask subjects about their symptoms, a majority of them will report positive results.
What about oregano oil? Well, there are many studies showing how effective oregano is at treating certain conditions. But there aren’t any clinical trials showing how much weight people will actually lose when taking oregano oil.
This doesn’t mean it isn’t effective. It just means that its effectiveness hasn’t been proven yet. So until then, we should treat it like any supplement. And since supplements don’t have side effects, they shouldn’t be regulated either. If a person wants to try oregano oil, I strongly suggest buying from a trusted company.
Best Oregano Oils (For Weight Loss):
If you want to use oregano oil for weight loss, you need to know where to buy it.
There are plenty of websites that sell cheap oregano oil. However, it’s important to know that these products may not contain the right amount of active ingredients necessary for weight loss. When using a product, it’s best to choose a reputable retailer who sells high-quality oregano oil. Most reputable companies will tell you that their oregano oil contains 250mg of hydroxytyrosol per 1ml serving. That’s enough to effectively reduce inflammation and lower bad cholesterol levels. Other reputable companies even claim to have 500 mg of hydroxytyrosols per serving. These claims are accurate, but the companies probably only get 300mg of oregano per bottle.
So basically, these are great products, but unless you plan on drinking 2 bottles per day, they won’t provide significant weight loss benefits. In fact, if you drink 2 bottles per day, you could end up gaining weight due to the calories contained within them.
However, any reputable manufacturer will do.
One last note – most people who use oregano oil experience mild headaches, nausea, and/or dizziness. To avoid these issues, start off slowly with a few drops, and work your way up to 10 drops per day.
